If there are delays from normal processing times it will be noted on my shop homepage! Shipping: Please refer to the shipping methods at checkout for the most accurate estimates. Typically standard shipping is 3-5 business days (but can be up to 7) & Priority is 2-3 business days. Sizing: These are Unisex sized so they run a bit larger than women's sizing & have a boxier fit, for the trendy oversized look you'll want to size up 1-2 sizes. Fiber Content: Shirts are the Comfort Colors® brand & are 100% cotton Cancellations: Please reach out immediately if you need to make changes or cancel your order, once production is started orders can't be cancelled or changed. Address Changes: To ensure an order is shipped correctly, in order to update an address a new order will need to be placed & the original will be cancelled. Etsy does not allow sellers to change the address showing on an order, please verify your address is correct prior to placing the order! Returns & Exchanges: Contact me via Etsy messages within 5 days of receiving & ship the item back within 7 days. -Exchanges & returns are allowed except for customized/personalized items. -A 20% restocking fee applies to returns (but waived for exchanges). -Buyer is responsible for return postage except in cases of defect. If returning for a refund I can provide a prepaid label that is deducted from the refund. This is typically cheaper than the retail rate at the post office! -Items returned that are worn/washed or smell like pets/smoke/etc will not be eligible for full refund.
