Very RARE Lithograph by American Artist Ella Fillmore Lillie, an American visual artist born 1884, passed 1972. Pencil Signed (lower right) lithograph. Titled "Sunny Hours" in pencil lower left. Also, in pencil lower left by title is "50 imp" for an edition of 50. Dimensions: 10.5 x 15.5 as framed, inside picture only about 12.25 x 10. History: first obtained from retired physician, circa late 40's in Illinois. Depicts 5 young boys in their birthday suits swimming at a watering hole with cows grazing in the distance. There are small patches of color, including one boy's blonde hair, light orange shoe, something red floating under the diving board, & very pale bluish water. Sign on the grass says "GIRLS KEEP OUT".
