Colorful topsy turvy doll in tropical, Caribbean attire. Made of cloth & seems handmade. One side is wearing a bright yellow multicolored skirt, the head wrap & and the white part of the skirt has some discoloration as seen on last photos. Both sides are wearing head wrapped in fabric. The other side is wearing a green multicolored skirt & head wrap. The yellow side is marked St. Lucia near the skirt hem.
