We all start to sing, "I love to see the temple," every time this beautiful building comes into full view. I wanted to capture the somber beauty of a somewhat desolate winter landscape to represent both what I was seeing, & also a representation of some of the hard times we experience in life. This painting employs various visual cues which drive each viewer to the focus on a distant Payson Utah Temple.
