Vintage 1990 Hagerstown Speedway "3rd Annual Octoberfest" Neon Dirt Racing Sweatshirt. The Hagerstown Speedway was built in 1946. Frank Plessinger took ownership of the track in 1981. The track is self named The Capital of Dirt Track Racing. The annual Octoberfest was a crown jewel event for Mid Atlantic dirt racing featuring a line up of 3 divisions. The 1990 edition was won by John Mason - Late Models / Steve Kinser - Sprint Cars / Doug Hoffman - Big Blocks. This sweatshirt is in great condition with just some minor staining pictured.
