Use caution when inflating, over inflation can cause balloon to pop. - After inflating confetti balloons rub the outside with a dry cloth, fur, carpet, or your hair to create static electricity, so the confetti sticks to the sides. - Recommended purchase hooks & string or ribbon if you want to attach the garland to a wall. Once the garland is complete attach the hooks to the wall, place string or ribbon around the balloon strip, then place the string around the hook.
