This is a circa 1970s hand made wooden Erzgebirge snowman ornament, made in East Germany. It is approximately 3-1/8" tall with a hanging cord extra. Condition is good - has use wear, discoloration, paint loss & chipping. No marks to country of origin, but a very sure it was made in the Erzgebirge region of East Germany. A classic example of German folk art from the days before reunification. Please look at all the pictures as they are a large part of the description. Price of shipping includes insurance.
