The calendar contains all the months of the year & what's best to eat in that particular month. The beauty of it is that it is that it will never go out of date. PLEASE NOTE IT DOESN"T HAVE DATES on it it's just a pictorial monthly calendar so you can use it repeatedly each year & it never goes out of date!
