For the leaf quantity option: you pick a number of leaves you desire. Please keep in mind that the overall dimensions change in corresponding to your selected number of leaves. For the hanger option: With & Without Wood Rod. If you choose the "Without Wood Rod" option, only leaves will be delivered to you. You can find your own wood rod at any local big house & hang the leaves on per your liking. We will provide a video instruction of how to hang them on. For the color option: Style A (Standard) & Style B (Assorted). in the personalization note at checkout, please tell us which color(s) you want for selected color style. _For example (Style A): Olive, Sage, Dark Green, & Natural. _For example (Style B): Assorted - Natural, Baby Blue, Emerald, Peacock.
