Red Maranta (Red Prayer Plant) is a red-veined variety of prayer plant, which opens & closes its leaves depending on the light condition, as if it prays. Red Maranta protects the house from the negative energy, that's why it is often chosen for indoor planting. LIGHT: bright indirect light. WATERING: moderate; water as soon as the top layer dries out. HUMIDITY: high air humidity; requires regular misting. FERTILIZING: once in 2 weeks during growing season with organic or/and mineral fertilizer. REPOTTING: a few weeks after arrival, using one size bigger pot & potting mix. Please be advised that not every plant is alike. Your plant is not exactly the same plant that you see in the listing.
