Collectible handmade village building has wonderful detail & colors. Building is decorated for Christmas with wreaths & red bows. A great gift for the Cat's Meow Collector! Cats Meow St. Charles Christmas STONE ROW House measures 5.25"w x 4"h at top of chimneys. Building is in very good condition with some factory paint on the back top gray roof portion. The top gray edge has a little bit of wear. There is a residue on the bottom from glue dot type stickers to keep the wood block from falling over when displayed. There is also a handwritten name & date on the bottom. This is shown in the photo. Paint colors are nice & bright. House is Vintage & NOT New.
