This Sand Prairie Habitat poster is an educational nature poster providing pictures & information for North American sand prairies. The poster shows common forbs (wildflowers) found in sand prairie habitats as well as a few common birds, butterflies, & mammals that live in a prairie ecosystem. The poster also highlights the prickly pear cactus, one of the few cactus that can survive freezing winter temperatures. There are also 10 hidden lizards to search for hiding amongst the wildflowers making the poster more fun & interactive.
