After your approval, the production & shipping take 5-7 business days to receive the item with regular shipping method. -Please let me know If you live in Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico. Shipping cost is different. Please open the package right after you received it & check the product. If there is any damage please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for any damage that it causes to the banner after one week you receive the package. We are not responsible for any lost item after UPS or FedEx marked delivered. You need to open a claim by UPS or FedEx. Colors may vary slightly from your computer screen to the actual print. This is due to differences in color calibration. This is normal & does not affect the quality of the finished product. Cancellations: We are not accepting cancelation & refund after your approval of the proof image. We are not accepting return items since this is a customized product. If you request for custom design & you want to cancel it after we did the design, Then we kept $35 & refund the rest balance.
