This listing is for one (1) lock with custom engraving on one or both sides. Each lock comes with a set of keys. The brass lock is approximately 3 cm x 1.8 cm excluding the shackle. HOW TO ORDER: 1) Select a design style & engraving option. 2) in the personalization field, provide your details for the lock. Be as specific as possible for the personalization details. Capitalization & lines breaks are at shop's discretion based on selected style (see chart). For example: Style 3 Names: Noah + Leona Message: On to the best years! 3) Add to cart. For multiple pieces, please add them as individual items & check out at the end with one order only. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING: Please DO NOT provide a USPS PO box address. Packages may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at shop's discretion. Please double-check all order details & your shipping address. It is our policy to ship to the address listed on the invoice. If you need to change the shipping address, place a new order & notify us immediately. The first order will be a placeholder in our order list & will be canceled & refunded. If the order has already been shipped to the incorrect address, we do not cover the postage for return shipping. We can accommodate requests for text changes only if we have not started working on your order. Please send us a message & we will confirm if changes are possible. Processing time (the time needed to complete the order) will varycheck the listing for the most up to date processing. Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail (USPS Priority Mail is available on check out for an additional fee). We are not responsible for transit delays & cannot guarantee the delivery date or offer refunds for late packages. AT OUR DISCRETION, SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION MAY BE REQUIRED FOR ORDERS OVER $100. If so, please be available to sign for the package delivery or arrange for pick up at your local post office.
