Canvas Fourre Tout bag by Hermes, with interior zippered pocket & 6 exterior open pockets, snap closures, great size for shopping, the beach, trips to the barn, picnics, country weekend, in lovely rich red color with contrasting webbing handles. Measures 16 3/4" x 12 1/4" x 4" with 4" handle drop. This bag is a classic Hermes tote, & was discontinued in 2006, so is no longer available (originally sold for $700). The size & design are very attractive & useful, beautifully made & very durable. The 6 exterior pockets are perfect for keys, glasses, phone, extra cash, & other items that need easy access. The interior has a zippered pocket & can be snapped shut for security. Has the original Hermes tag on the interior & the metal snaps also have the Hermes stamp. The color is a deep red with a very slight amount of rust color, & the handles & strap have a dark brown edge (color could vary on other devices). Note that the handles extend all around the bag, making it very strong & secure. in very good condition, some very slight fading to edges, & the bottom corners have slight wear as well. The stitching is all intact & the handles are in great condition with no visible wear or losses. No odors or stains. As it is a vintage item & may show signs of usage it is sold AS IS.
