The garland measures 13 feet (4 m) from the first flag to the last flag, 24 flags total. The entire garland string length is 15 feet. (4.5 m) long Each flag measures 4 inches (10 cm) long by 3 inches (8 cm) wide. The flags are double sided, folded over across the top & sewn to jute twine at about 2.25 inches (6 cm) apart.
