I am offering a gorgeous artisan miniature Chinese Ming Dynasty engraved settee & tea table. This miniature was used as a model for furniture dealers. It is exactly like the larger adult settee being sold at the time. It is made from the sour branch tree & stained mahogany. This set is for the enthusiast collector of 1:6 miniatures. This set would make a wonderful addition to any dollhouse, fairy garden, or shadow box. For the serious collector this would be an extremely special gift. Just feel the softness of the exquisite wood. These 2 pieces were made by a true Chinese artisan. I'm sure the avid collector could find many different occasions to use this divine set of Chinese furniture. The setter's back is carved in Chinese symbols. Lift both pieces & feel the heft of this furniture. It is not fragile like most dollhouse furniture. The set weighs about 1 pound. The table is 2.5 inches high, 5 long & 2.5 wide. The settee is 5.5 inches high, 6 long & 3.25 wide. This set is definitely for the serious collector & not made for a child's toy. I personally bought this set from China & had it shipped to the USA You may wonder why our shop is called ANIMAL HOUSE MINIS. We recently opened our shop to support the hospice that Judy loving operates for senior cats & dogs. She presently has 4 dogs (Margie recently crossed the rainbow bridge at 18 years old). She came to us at 10 years of age & was expected to live 2 weeks. She stayed on for 8 more years & was the love of the house. She was found living under a porch, no hair, blind, hard of hearing with congestive heart failure & only 4 pounds. She grew hair, gained weight, & had her heart condition under control. She ate night & day! It seemed everybody knew Margie as she showed off on FB often. She crossed the Rainbow Bridge in September of 2022 from a stoke. Our whole family, including the vet & vet techs loving helped her to go. She is missed by many but mostly Judy. We also care for 10 cats with 7 in hospice. Judy also has 7 rescue parakeets & a conure. The conure, Clovis, is trying to pull the keys off the keyboard as I write. The point of all of this...Judy doesn't ask for donations. She pays for all the care of the dogs, cats, birds, and, yes, fish with her school retirement check. She opened her Etsy store because we need more money to keep operating. Thanks for listening.
