Old & original Syroco wooden figurine/statue of the comic character Little King. it is dated 1944 & marked K.F.S. on the back & measures about 2.625 inches tall. Some pictures show a 1-inch grid board to show size/scale; these pictures were taken using the camera flash. Is in near excellent condition with a tiny rough spot at the top of his head. Has normal wear, paint chipping due to age. All is Intact. See pictures for condition. Syroco is the Syracuse Ornamental Company. Syroco is best known for molded wood-pulp products that resembled hand-carved wood figurines. A mixture of saw dust & casting fluids was used to produce molded figurines resembling carved wood.
