Description
This is a fun & funky late-60s empire-waist column dress. The dress has a high collar with a tiny pink lace ruff around the edges. The collar itself is made of floral pink & purple printed nylon & is a really fun print that is also on the bodice. There is a sheer pink panel of nylon over the chest & it has super dramatic full balloon sleeves. The skirt of the dress is made of sheer pink nylon with a poly-cotton mix lining. The skirt is straight & falls to the ankles. The dress zips up the back with a nylon zipper & there are hooks & eyes to fasten the collar. The bodice is double-lined in the same cotton as the skirt & over the top has a layer of pink nylon. Condition; The dress is in great condition overall with no flaws to note. The snaps on the cuffs have been moved in but could be moved out if needed. The dress has been professionally hand laundered & is ready to wear. Measurements NecK: 14" Shoulders: 14.5" Bust: 34" Empier Waist: 26" Hips: 35" Length: (shoulder to hem): 53" (waist to hem): 40" Sleeves: 24.5" Cuffs: 6.5" The measurements provided are the max for the garment. Please check the measurements closely for determining fit. I do not give sizes for vintage items as women's sizes are not standardized & a majority of these dresses were homemade or specialty-made to fit one person.
