Assembled with waterproof Tite Bond glue. Nesting box size: 13.5" W X 13.5" D X 25" H Entrance hole: approx. 7" by 7" beveled & contoured inside & out. Barred owls are beautiful & abundant & will take readily to nest boxes. The best location for this nest box would be in a forested area with nearby wet/ low land or marshy areas.
