This is very important as we cannot redo items if we are given the wrong info. ~ If you request a proof it will be sent via Etsy messages & work will not start until we get approval from you thru Etsy messages. Thank you! ~ Please note that as with all natural products, no two pieces will be alike & there can be natural variations such as color etc. Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded as they are made especially for you. However if we make an error just send us a quick photo & we will happily remake your order. If you make an error on spelling or dates etc. we unfortunately cannot remake, you will need to place a new order. Order processing & shipping: ~ Orders will typically be engraved & shipped in 1-5 business days. We will get them out as soon as possible though as we know you want your order asap! ~ All orders will be shipped with tracking.
