Asger Jorn is an internationally know Danish painter & as a student from L'Académie contemporaine (led by Fernand Léger) he adopted a strict artistic discipline that implied that an image motif was first worked as a drawing before it was realized. His artistic painting style is known as spontaneous abstract.
