Description
One of the sweetest antiques you can ever collect are love tokens. Just the idea that someone spent the time to rub one side of the coin smooth, then spend hours hand engraving it for a loved one is so dear! This idea has been around since the 1500's, but got really popular in the late 1800's, which is when this beauty was made. The initials JSL are engraved in a beautiful script. Gorgeous!
