This vintage velvet fabric for mini teddy bears does not stretch or fray. It is amazing fabric for very tiny teddies! Hand dyed! Some of fabrics can be flawed, becouse it's not new, it's vintage (50-70th XX) The flaws could be anything (a bald area, a spot, small wholes etc) All of my fabric measures 22x22 cm +/ - 1 cm PLEASE Remember, every monitor has its own settings so color can slightly be different from the real one.
