This vintage small felt pennant is a souvenir from Winona 5 Falls PA. It is black with an image of Winona Falls. It has yellow trim & tails. It was made sometime around the 1960s. This Pennsylvania pennant would look great in a retro game room or camp bedroom. It is in great vintage condition with minor signs of age. No holes or tears.
