That's why we are committed to on time delivery, no order has EVER left our workshop late. We send our smaller orders via USPS priority & larger orders via Fedex Home. We are based in Richmond Virginia, so delivery time ranges from 2 - 9 days depending where you are. Orders over 48 glasses will be shipped in multiple boxes. Shipping is FREE on orders over $35. GLASS BREAKAGE We pack every order so that it is shielded from the harsh handling of USPS & Fedex but of course it occasionally happens! Sometimes a glass or two in your order will arrive broken. Simply send us a photo of the glass & we will ship replacements immediately. HELP WITH YOUR DESIGN If you have questions or concerns about how your image will engrave please send us a message. We can provide you with a test proof to ensure you are happy & give you advice on how to get the best result from your image. We can work with all file types, even screen grabs if the image is clear. Because laser engraving doesn't offer graduation of light to dark, it is advised that you send a black & white image. The black will be engraved & the white will not.
