This dollhouse bed is in very good condition. There are paint specks & some wear on the finish. Please see all photos as they are part of the description. The bed measures 12-3/4" long from headboard to footboard, is 10-3/8" from side to side & stands 9-3/4" tall at the headboard. It is the buyers responsibility to add shipping insurance if they desire. Any transit damage claims are the responsibility of the buyer to file & follow up & to add appropriate shipping insurance coverage. All my items are vintage or antique & therefore will show signs of wear expected with items of age. I try to show honest images of every item from all angles.
