(70-80 Days) Garden Bird is an extremely spicy, small Thai pepper! Productive plants produce almost countless amounts of thin, 1-inch peppers that can be picked green or red! These are perfect for sauces, frying, pickling & are great in all cuisines! They grow fantastically in warmer locations & really take off when the weather heats up! Hot peppers can be tricky to germinate & grow at home even under ideal conditions. Germination usually takes 1-3 weeks, but can take as long as a month. Maintaining high soil temperatures is extremely important & we strongly recommend using a heating mat.
