This is a Muffy Collection outfit for Lulu (Muffy's dog) that was made in 1996. It is called 'Scared Stiff - The Foolish Ghoulish Collection'. The White-As-A-Sheet outfit is a ghost costume. The outfit was found at a collector's estate sale. Although the package had previously been opened (as seen by the prior made staple holes on the package), I believe that all of the original pieces are included in the packaging. It does not appear that the outfit had previously been used.
