Description

Offered here is a very nice, clean & properly working TDC Stereo Colorist II 35mm stereo camera made in Chicago in the mid to late 1950s. The camera was made by the Three Dimension Corporation Co. It is a metal bodied camera covered in black leatherette. It features a matched pair of Rodenstock Stereo Trinar 35mm F3.5 lenses. The lenses produce a stereo pair of 24mmX23mm images with a 70mm separation so that the images are viewable as stereo images in all standard stereo viewers. The lenses have a continuously adjustable aperture range of F3.5 to F16 & a shutter speed range of 1/10th to 1/200th plus bulb. The shutter is in good working order, however the 1/10 shutter speed is slow or long from lack of use. If you intend to use the camera & plan to use the 1/10th shutter speed a lot, you might choose to have the slow shutter speeds serviced. The lenses are bright, clean & clear of any haze, fog, fungus or anything else that would negatively affect image quality. The shutter is cocked with the advance of the film with double exposure prevention incorporated. The viewfinder is a Galilean type with reduced size image & rangefinder patch incorporated. The camera measures 177X82X61mm & weighs 720grams or about 25.4 ounces. The camera is cosmetically beautiful & would make a fine addition to any camera collection. Why not add it to your collection today? DIMENSIONS: 7" 3.25" x 1.5" (approx.) WEIGHT: 25.4 oz Thank you for shopping with us!
