Delphine cut a bucket full of flowers from her garden today. She'll make a pretty bouquet for her kitchen table & one for her neighbor also. She loves to share her flowers! She's a bit shy, so having a gift to offer makes talking to people easier. Delphine grows a large assortment of flowers because she wants to have blooms all year round, & besides, there are so many to choose from, how could you limit yourself? Delphine is made with a shiny copper Moscow Mule mug body & a cute vintage toy coffee pot head. Her hat is a hammered copper candle holder, with a brass bee attached. Delphine loves the bees, & they seem to accept her & never sting. Delphine has cocktail fork arms & green wooden shoes, that are the toe pieces from vintage shoe stretchers. She wears a pretty butterfly pin made with vintage clip-on candle holders for a Christmas tree. She carries a watering can made with a tiny toy teapot with a clothes sprinkler head. Her button flowers are in a solid brass bucket. Delphine stands 12.5 inches tall, & is about 7 inches wide. I think she would make a wonderful gift for the gardener in your life!
