V-front & back, buttons at back bodice & tie at waist back, large half-circle shaped patch pockets. Potholder that matches pockets. Pattern is complete, pre-cut, unprinted, & in good condition with some minor age discoloration. Instructions are in good condition with some wear & small tears at edges.
