This is a very sturdy 11-Inch Black Cherry pot scraper spatula. Scrape like a pro! I like the wider handle & smooth feel of this tool. This spatula will be with you for many years! I love the rich Black Cherry grain & color too. I prefer wood spatulas because they don't scratch the pan! I make these by hand & one a time so there may be slight variations from the picture. This spatula came out of a tree from our woodlot here in Central Iowa. It was worked down by hand & then sanded smooth to 400 grit. I then raised the grain & re-sanded. It was then treated with food grade mineral oil & finished with a food grade beeswax/carnauba wax formula. A complimentary small tin of food safe beeswax/carnauba wax is included as well as a small bottle of mineral oil to keep it looking sharp.
