Our embroidery designs are embroidered directly on the hat/beanie in my shop with professional embroidery machines. They are not patches. Our designs range from 1.5 to 2.20 inches tall. The hat colors pictured is some of what I carry in stock, if you need another color please let me know, I can order other options. I also carry name brands & structured caps. Ordering: Select Design option & then Color of the cap (please make sure number matches the name in the provided pics.) If adding personalization i.e. name, add in Personalization box on the listing page or in the Notes to Seller section of the Cart. If you are having any difficulty please reach out, I am happy to help :) Please make sure to fill out the Personalization field when you're submitting your order! Please double check spelling & be precise about location of name stitching. If you don't need names, please type NA. We offer alternative stitching colors, just note what colors you would like substituted during checkout. Hat Product Details: Dad Caps are 100% brushed cotton twill, a low profile unstructured 6 panel with self-fabric slide metal closure. Distressed Styles are 100% cotton twill unstructured body, with a low profile & a self-fabric hideaway strap with a metal d-ring. Distressed & Ripped are 100% cotton twill unstructured body, with a low profile & a shook/loop closure. Mesh styles are 100% twill cotton from with a 100% poly mesh body, features a low unstructured profile & a hook/loop closure or a self-fabric hideaway strap. Shipping & Handling Times: Please allow up to 2-5 business days for production & an additional 5-7 business days for First Class shipping. We do offer shipping upgrades for Priority (2-3 day) or Express Shipping 1-2 days. You can purchase a Rush upgrade, which moves production to within 24 or 48 hours depending on the volume of orders at the time.
