This is a 50th Anniversary Wizard of Oz collectible figure. Ray Bolger played the Scarecrow in the MGM Movie. WIZARD OF OZ Mutli Toys Scarecrow Figure is in NEW unused condition on the original Tak A Toy Unpunched card. The card package has some light wear with a small bend to the bottom front left corner.
