Vintage 14" Copper Anchor Oil Lamp with Clear Fresnel Lens - Ship Lantern - Hanging Light - Nautical Decor This is a very nice vintage brass ship lantern. I have only used this as a display item in my shop but it has never had fuel in it. I am not sure of the exact age but I am guessing at least 20-25 years. From the research I have done, it was probably made in Taiwan. This is a high quality lantern & it is definitely a lot better quality than the China or India made lanterns I have seen. I have cleaned it up quite nicely with brass polish but it does still have a few blemishes from being handled. It is a really good quality piece. I have several of these lanterns I will be listing, all of which were used as display pieces. I will pack & ship very securely. This is a beautiful copper anchor oil lantern with a clear fresnel lens. It is skillfully handmade & no 2 lanterns are exactly the same, although very similar. This lantern measures a nice 14" tall & 7.5" wide. These lamps are fully functional with oil burners.
