APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH YOUR DECAL. SHIPPING LEVELS: Standard: this is the equivalent of a postage stamp, & tracking will be VERY limited & unreliable; 2-14 business days in transit - First Class: full tracking; 2-8 business days in transit - Priority: full tracking, fast delivery; 1-3 business days in transit Sizes over 12" already come with USPS tracking, so no upgrade is necessary except for Priority mail. If you do not upgrade to a higher shipping class, your order will most likely stay marked "pre-transit" until it's delivered to you, as they don't get scanned as reliably as first class & priority items do.
