THE PROCESS The process is simple 1) Send me a well-lit photo of your home, garden, or favorite building 2) Select the size & format of your painting, & let me know if you'd like assistance with framing it as well 3) Review the pencil sketch 4) Approve the photo of the final result then look out for your finished portrait in the mail! CUSTOM CHANGES Custom options are a snap, too. If you have a more specific idea of what you're looking for than the current settings allow: adding foliage/flowers adding people to the portrait (PLEASE NOTE: there is a charge of $20 per person for adding people beyond the couple itself) change to colors/sizes of elements, combining multiple photos, excluding something from the original photo, etc.) different mat & frame colors, styles and/or sizes than the ones shown in the photos or if you have any questions & are unsure what to pick, just message me before placing the order. OPTIONS FROM THE FIRST DROP-DOWN MENU: CHOOSING ART SIZE The sizes listed refer to the size of the actual painted area (including a personal message), & does NOT include the size of the mat/frame. I listed the most common sizes as the default options, but if you are looking for a custom size, just message me! CHOOSING YOUR PORTRAIT STYLE Options include: Style 1) Just the home or building facade, or Style 2) Home/building with background scenery (select this option if you are ordering a garden portrait) OPTIONS FROM THE SECOND DROP-DOWN MENU: ADDING A MAT & A BACKING BOARD Select 'MAT ONLY' option from the second drop-down menu, & I will include: a Crescent Select 4-Ply Mat (designed for conservation & preservation, are acid-free & made from 100% cotton) - (2'' for sizes up to 11 X 14 & 3'' for bigger sizes) an acid-free archival backing board (protects the art & makes it easier to mount) This way it will be fully ready for you to put it in your own frame. ADDING A FRAME Add a frame to your order, if you would like to receive your portrait both with a mat & fully framed. Choose if you'd like regular 2.5mm clear glass or Anti-Reflective Glass. Believe me, Anti-Reflective glass makes a huge difference!
