We cannot provide any more information on its location or estimated delivery day than what is provided with the tracking number. - We do refund excess shipping charges that are over $5. This is especially the case for an order that may contain several ¼ yard pieces; the shipping fee charged is going to be more than the actual shipping cost. Therefore, a refund will likely be issued. - If the tracking shows that the item has been delivered, but it's nowhere to be found: 1. Wait a couple of days to see if it shows up (this has happened before where it's marked as delivered but didn't show up for a week) 2. Check with your neighbors 3. Check with your local post office to see if they're holding it for some reason OR if they can give you the GPS coordinates for where the package was scanned & marked as delivered 4. We have also had a package returned to Riverview Fabrics even though it was marked as delivered at its destination. If this happens, we will let you know (if you haven't already sent a message) & get it sent out again. 5. Make sure that you provide a safe place for the package to be delivered - porch piracy is a serious problem. - Unfortunately, if an item has been marked as delivered, Riverview Fabrics is unable to issue a refund. ~ International Shipments ~ - International shipments can take a while, as long as two months or more.
