IMPORTANT INFORMATION (please read before ordering) Large Size Flag: Dimensions: 20.5 x 36.5 x 3.5 (inches) (vertical orientation) Coins: holds TBD shot glasses, design dependent the number of shelves can be customized to change the spacing between shelves) The case in this ad uses the below options (select the below options when ordering if you like the way this flag looks): Frame Stain Color: Carbon Gray Frame Edge Design: Classic Cove Cut/Color: Basic Thin Blue Line Vertical Flag (can be a thin red line or other color, but let me know when ordering otherwise it will be a blue line). The case in the ad includes an emblem which can be added to this flag ($30 for a basic CNC emblem set up). You may also order a flag like this but with a different color line (e.g. thin red line). Just let me know when you order. NOTE: Classic Cove is my personal favorite edge design PERSONALIZATION: Personalization is free (name, dates of service, etc.). Standard personalization options are: Font: Copperplate Gothic Bold (CGB) Location: Centered on top line Character Limit: 35 (contact me if you'd like more characters or multiple lines) If you'd like something other than the standard personalization options, please contact me. Please double check all your personalization inputs as I cut/paste what you type directly into my CNC software. Emblems/logos are usually extra & can be purchased in my shop (link below). CANCELLATIONS: Etsy does not allow refunds or cancellations on custom orders. However, I will allow a cancellation on any order within 7 days of that order. After that I start on the order & can only offer a refund on the S/H portion of the order (provided it has not shipped yet). The one exception is if you also purchased "Rush Production" with your order. I have to start on those orders immediately, & those do not have the same 7-day grace period (but can be cancelled with a refund on the S/H portion, provided it has not shipped yet). GLASS vs. PLEXIGLAS: Tempered glass is available for cases that will be picked up locally. I use Plexiglas for all flags that ship. Contrary to popular belief, you can't tell the difference between Plexiglas & tempered glass just by looking at it. Plexiglas does scratch more easily, but tempered glass breaks more easily (and when shipping, I'm more concerned about the glass breaking & scratching up the flag design). I also offer an option to give you a $20 credit & ship the flag with no plexiglass. You would then go to a local glass store & have them cut you a piece of glass that will fit, & you can install once you receive the case. Installation of a new piece of glass is very simple. Contact me for more info on this option. "RUSTIC" Style: The flags I make I consider "rustic" (it's actually a category within Etsy). I hand select the wood for the frame, flag, backing, etc. etc. No two flags are the same. There are some very unique things about each flag/frame that I make.
