Coastal Maine Designs is a husband & wife team based in Southern Maine. Returns/Warranty ->The clock face carries a warranty of 10 years & mechanism carries a 3 year warranty for all domestic sales. For international orders, we will honor this same warranty but buyer will be responsible for any & all shipping & handling costs. If there is a problem with either, please contact us & we will do our best to make it right! ->Non-custom clocks can be returned within 7 days for a full refund minus a $15 fee.
