The weights in this lap blanket will be poly beads or glass beads (depending on the size of the weighted lap pad you choose). The weights are sewn in a quilted fashion inside the removable outside cover which makes them evenly spaced within the grids so there is an even amount of pressure in all areas of the lap blanket.
