This is 5lbs of delicious late season honey in a handy jug. These containers are great value & are BPA free. Goldernrod is a late summer blossom & produces a darker than usual honey. It can be used in most applications & has a robust, earthy, flavor. Some say it has a hint of spice. This honey also contains many other pollens from late summer. Because this honey has not been pasteurized or filtered, it retains all of it's natural goodness, including grains of pollen & propolis.
