This is a vintage from the 1970s Big Eyed girl doll. These are usually made in Japan by Bradley Dolls. She has no markings or tags so I can't say for sure. She has some light stains & blemishes on her face from age. Her dress is biege & not white from being dingy with age. Overall Condition is good. She measures 11 inches tall & 10 inches wide.
