Tobacco is a dark neutral brown in a matte finish. The Watercolor Liners are water-based liquid eyeliners that come in a .27 fl oz/8ml tube with a fine brush tip applicator. These liners are long-lasting & flake-resistant, but wash off with water, & are, like all of my products, vegan & cruelty free!
