Vtg 1980's Green & Black Formal Tafetta Dress|Vtg Dropped Waist Puffy Sleeve Dress|Vtg Waterfall Full V Back Party Dress Made in USA Sz S I love this vintage 1980's Union Made High Low dress. It is two tone with the top portion of the dress being a black faux velvet which is very fitted. The shoulder has a Victorian style puffy sleeve which was popular at that time. The waist is a dropped waist reminiscent of the Flapper Era with a gathered attached skirt in Tafetta with Waterfall or Mullet design. There is a Union tag present here as well. The back of this dress has a deep V & there is a hidden zipper in the back as well. The condition is good with some spotting on the green Tafetta & some white spots which do come off when rubbed. These spots are not very noticeable. A lovely rare vintage 1980's dress!
