A hand wrought, sterling silver basket with cut, pierced sides, handles & four stylized paw feet. There is a script monogram on the inside bottom. It was probably made in the United States & dates from the late 19th to early 20th century. The Foster & Co mark on the bottom refers to a Boston retailer, there is another unidentified mark that may be a maker's stamp. The basket weighs 135 grams.
