Ramen or soup bowl with chopstick rests pressed into the rim of the bowl. Wheel-thrown with white stoneware clay & hand decorated using glazes. Interior of the bowl is completely glazed & food safe. Diameter: 7.5" Height: 3.25" Holds approximately 24oz of liquid All pieces are made from start to finish by hand in our home studio. We start with a high fire clay & use our own glazes that we mix according to recipes that we have developed over the last 40 years. Using a gas reduction kiln, we fire all our pieces to Cone 10. Glazes & clay are lead-free & completely safe to use with the dishwasher & microwave, as well as with all foods. We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. All sales are final due to the expensive & complicated nature of return shipping. We strive to ensure the images & descriptions are as accurate as possible. However each piece is made by hand & thus individual. Throughout the creative process, there are inevitable slight differences in shape, coloration, & textures. While these variations in our pieces could be considered imperfections, they are rather a core feature of our products & reflect the handmade nature of the work, thus making each creation a unique piece of art.
