This is a lovely deep blue cotton velvet jacket from Lord & Taylor. The jacket has exaggerated shoulder pads & closes down the front with six jeweled silver & rhinestone buttons. Fully lined, beautifully constructed. No flaws noted, other than some pen on the tag. Size tag 12, no stretch.
