This is a Muffy Collection outfit for Hoppy VanderHare that was made in 1994. It is called 'Tricky Treat Tric' & includes a scarecrow outfit & hat (with crow). The outfit was found at a collector's estate sale. Although the package had previously been opened (as seen by the prior made staple holes on the package), I believe that all of the original pieces are included in the packaging. It does not appear that the outfit had previously been used.
